Went "Yard Sale-ing" to a business in Chandler that was selling a lot of large machines and some small tools and fixtures.  Found these:

In case you don't have a calibrated eye, the hole through the middle is 2.5", the hard stops are every 15°   Cost me $75, the hard part was carrying it to the car....
