Base Casting
The base was the easiest casting to machine, but not the first one I tackled...
As soon as I had the flashing removed from the Main casting, I worked on that. As the day wore done I did the base, machining the top and bottom and then drilling and tapping the holes.
In the rear is the fixture plate I made to mount the main casting for the various machining operations.
