Mounting bracket for the turn around pulley installed at the base of the tower. By using this pulley the winch is mounted at a comfortable level. The bracket is 2X2X1/4" hot roll angle. When installed I actually used 3/8" galvanized U bolts instead of the 1/4" shown here.
